Employers (PA users) ought to be choosing and preparing their staff appropriately but some people just won't really know how to go about this, and may have PAs who have only ever really supported their employer at home or in hetspace.Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15436653419185638854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233625.post-39867247306729295132012-11-06T16:30:37.332+00:002012-11-06T16:30:37.332+00:00This this this!

I've seen people attend with PAs where the PA was obviously SO uncomfortable with the event that it really ruined it for the disabled attender.

BiCon does what it can within a volunteer organised non-profit organisation's budget but we can't financially pay proper rates for someone's personal care and there are massive ethical issues in finding volunteers within attender-ship to do so - don't ask how I know that could go wrong :(baraktahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06902481143758218283noreply@blogger.com
